Refund Policy

All Impact Shield VPN purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play, which acts as the seller of record. Because Google handles the payment, cancellations and refunds are managed through Google Play — not directly by us. This page explains how it works and how we can help.

Free trial

Some subscriptions include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not want to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins automatically and you are charged the first period's price.

How subscriptions renew

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

How to cancel a subscription

Canceling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Impact Shield VPN and tap Cancel subscription.

How to request a refund

Refunds are issued at Google's discretion under the Google Play refund policy.

  • Within 48 hours of purchase, you can usually request a refund directly through Google Play (Play Store → your order history → Report a problem / Request a refund).
  • After 48 hours, refunds may still be possible depending on your situation and local law. You can request one through Google Play support, or contact us and we will do our best to help.

Because we never receive or hold your payment, we cannot issue refunds ourselves — but we can support your request with Google and answer any questions.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country where you live. Where local law grants stronger rights than Google's standard policy, those rights apply.

Prices, currencies, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout in the Google Play Store and may vary by region.
