Terms of Service | Impact Shield VPN

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Impact Shield VPN application and website (together, the "Service"), provided by Impact VPN ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Impact Shield VPN is a privacy application that encrypts your connection and hides your IP address. It is offered on a freemium basis:

A free tier with a limited monthly data allowance (250 MB).
Premium subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly, or annual plans) that remove the data limit and unlock additional features. Some plans may include a free trial.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions and billing

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play, which acts as the seller of record. By subscribing, you also agree to Google Play's terms.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trials. If your plan includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Managing your plan. You can view, cancel, or change subscriptions at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Prices and taxes are shown in the App and at checkout, and may vary by region and over time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

break any applicable law or regulation;
infringe the rights of others, or transmit malicious or harmful content;
attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Privacy and logging

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Logging Policy, which explain what we do and do not collect.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. A VPN is one layer of privacy protection and is not a substitute for safe online practices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact VPN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription in Google Play and uninstalling the App. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, where necessary to protect the Service or comply with the law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Impact VPN's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
